29 CFR 1910.219(f)(3): Sprocket wheels and chains which were seven -7 feet or less above floors or platforms were not enclosed while in operation: (a) PA Lumber Supply LLC 1730 Butter Road Dover, PA - The employer did not ensure that maintenance personnel working on the chain drive for the conveyor belt kept the guard in place when it was in operation, thereby exposing the employee to an amputation hazard, on or about June 30, 2016. Corrected During the Inspection, no abatement certification or documentation required.
