29 CFR 1915.75(b): Railings on gangways or ramps were less than approximately 42 inches in height. P/V Edlerberry, Marine Railway: On or about 27 June 2016 and times prior thereto the top railing on the elevated platform accessing the vessel measured approximately 32 inches. This condition exposed employees to a 14 foot fall hazard.
