29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system. a) Bently Rd & Tudor Ct., Eastampton, NJ: On or about July 6, 2016, employees of UM Construction Corp were conducting re-roofing activities on a two story apartment / condominium building. The employees were not using any form of fall protection and were thus exposed to fall hazards of greater than 20 feet.
