29 CFR 1926.502(h)(1)(iii): The safety monitor was not on the same walking/working surface and within visual sighting distance of the employee being monitored. Jobsite: On or about July 6, 2016 and at times prior thereto, employees working on a flat roof were exposed to falls of approximately 20-30 feet while the safety monitor was in the parking lot and/or not on the roof within visual sighting distance of the employees being monitored.
