29 CFR 1910.107(b)(9): A clear space of not less than 3 feet on all sides was not kept free from storage or combustible construction: a) Building D, West paint booth, employees working in or near the spray booths were exposed to fire hazards from ladders leaning on the spray booth. b) Building D, East paint booth, employees working in or near the spray booths were exposed to fire, flash fire, and explosion hazards from broom, mop, and a cart of 5 gallon cans stored near the spray booth. c) Building F, employees working in or near the spray booths were exposed to fire, flash fire, and explosion hazards from the storage of a fire cabinet and an orange car stored near the spray booth.
