29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by ingoing nip points and rotating parts: On or about June 29, 2016, location was in a field site with GPS coordinates 38°00'23.0"N 88°05'51.8", near Emma Illinois: On the Surefire Industries Blender, Model 175F, on the 3 augers located within a metal tubes on the lower side of the rear of the machine, the discharge drains were not guarded to prevent employee exposure to the rotating auger.
