29 CFR 1926.453(b)(2)(v): A safety harness with lanyard attached to the boom or basket was not worn by employee(s) working from an aerial lift. On or about July 7, 2016, on the west side of the center, an employee working from a JLG aerial lift was exposed to fall hazards of more than feet while sanding an exterior wall of the building without a harness with the lanyard attached to the boom or basket.
