29 CFR 1910.1200(e)(1): The employer did not develop, implement, and/or maintain at the workplace a written hazard communication program which describes how the criteria specified in 29 CFR 1910.1200(f), (g), and (h) will be met: a) Facility, 13315 Lincoln Highway, Everett, PA: On or about July 7, 2016, the employer did not develop or implement a written hazard communication program that included labeling and employee training. The employee's routinely work with products, such as, but not limited to: diesel, oxygen, Murphy's tire and tube, motor oil(s) and cleaning fluids. Carlisle Car & Truck, dba Highlands' Tire & Service Centers Inc was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910. 1200(e)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1126561 citation number 1, item number 4a and was affirmed as a final order on April 20, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 13315 Lincoln Highway, Everett, PA 15537.
