29 CFR 1910.304(b)(3)(ii)(A): All 125-volt, single-phase, 15, 20 and 30-ampere receptacle outlets that are not part of the permanent wiring of the building or structure and that are in use by personnel did not have ground-fault circuit-interrupter protection for personnel. a) On or about June 28, 2016; throughout site; employees were using portable electrical equipment, such as but not limited to a shop-vac, that were not protected by a ground-fault-circuit- interrupter (GFCI). In accordance with 29 CFR 1903.19(d), abatement certification is required for this violation (using the Certification of Corrective Action Worksheet), in addition, documentation demonstrating the abatement is complete must be included with your certification. This documentation may include, but is not limited to evidence of the purchase or repair of the equipment, photographic or video evidence of abatement, or other written records.
