Employees were exposed to a crushing and/or drowning hazard associated with the roll-over of a riding lawnmower:     On or about 6/28/2016, at 6696 Highway 27 South in Sulphur, LA, the employer allowed employees to operate a John Deere Z810A riding mower and did not ensure that employees refrained from operating the mower on inclines greater than 20 degrees and near waterways and the employer did not ensure that a roll over protective structure (ROPS) was used.
