29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): The point of operation of machines whose operation exposed an employee to injury, was not guarded: (a) On or about 06/28/2016 - Pack Room #1, Hollymatic Hi-Yield 16-5000 Meat Band Saw, employees cutting pork neck bones were exposed to the unguarded portion of the blade. Royal Foods Company, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117573, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on 04/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 1620 19th Street South, Pell City, AL 35128.
