29 CFR 1926.28(a): The employer did not require the wearing of appropriate personal protective equipment in all operations where there is an exposure to hazardous conditions. a) 400 South Orange Avenue (Presidents Hall-Building#3) Masonry workers were engaged in dry cutting operations without the use of respirators or any other protective methods thereby exposing workers to respiratory hazards due to inhaling crystalline silica dust.
