29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13):     "Residential construction." Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.    On 7/11/2016, employees from SMZ Roofing LLC were removing shingles from a roof of a residential building located at 1442 Ticonderoga Drive, St. Peters, MO.  They were not utilizing guardrail systems, a safety net system, or personal fall arrest systems.  Three employees were observed on the roof of the building, approximately eight feet above the ground without fall protection, exposing them to a fall to the ground below.
