Conditions observed on or about March 16, 2016. Alberto El Romero was previously cited for violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 1926.451(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection 1093447, citation number 1, item number 2, and was affirmed as a final order on December 1, 2015 with respect to workplace located at 1011 S. 7th Street, Philadelphia, PA 19148.
