29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    Establishment -  Employee sustained injuries to his right ring and pinky fingers in the inadequately guarded Seydelmann K123 S/702816 cutting machine when he tugged at the partially filled small gondola and lost his grip causing him to fall backwards.  His right hand went backwards into the rotating bowl and contacted the rotating blades.
