29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  Warehouse, Autoparts International, 85 Hawthorne Avenue, Pittsfield, Massachusetts;  On or about July 5, 2016 employees were exposed to battery acid when an automotive battery in the warehouse developed a leak.  The employees cleaned up the acid spill, but there was no available eyewash in the warehouse for quick drenching of the eyes that provided 15 minutes of continuous flow of water to completely flush their eyes.

On July 1, 2016 and employee was struck in the head by a falling control arm that fell approximately 9 feet from a shelving unit. b.  July 11, 2016 - materials stored on shelves stuck into walkways and over employees' heads while they were working in the warehouse.
