Navarros Construction was previously cited a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1131807, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on July 5, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 341 NW 96th Street Building C Kansas City, MO 64155.

Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 20 feet while working over the edge of the 2nd story apartment building.
