Section (5)(a)(1) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act of 1970: The employer does not furnish to each of his employees employment and a place of employment which are free from recognized hazards created by equipment overturn that are causing or are likely to cause death or serious physical harm to his employees: (a) This violation occurred on or about July 12, 2016, at the Eagle Ford 1 area located at Loop 12 and Singleton Blvd., Dallas, TX 75212, where at least one (1) employee, who was operating a zero point riding mower on a sloped bank of a water hazard, was exposed to the hazard of overturning the mower.
