29 CFR 1910.212(a)(3)(ii): Point(s) of operation of machinery were not guarded to prevent employee(s) from having any part of their body in the danger zone(s) during operating cycle(s): (a) Caterina Foods - On or about July 1, 2016, an employee received an amputation injury while adjusting the pasta on the Double Spreader Tonelli for 4' - 11" sticks. While adjusting the pasta, the employee was able to reach the point of operation for the cutting blades resulting in the partial loss of two fingers.
