The employer is failing to protect employees from fall hazards. This was most recently documented at 9327 North East 79th Street Kansas City, Missouri 64158 Building 11. Employees were exposed to a fall hazard of approximately 30 feet while working over the edge of the 3rd story apartment building with a roof pitch of 6.
