Employees were observed using an electric saw without the use of eye protection. M & N Builders was previously cited a violation of an equivalent Occupational Safety and Health Standard 1926.102(a)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1117025, citation number 1 item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 14, 2016, with respect to a workplace located at 120 Plaza Drive in Hattiesburg, MS 39402
