29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks:    a) On or about June 14, 2016 an employee operating the pneumatic drill on the Taylor clamp carrier was exposed to a pinch point created by the drill motor casing and the rotating drill component on the top of the drill.     b) On or about July 13, 2016 employees operating the Taylor clamp carrier were exposed to a pinch point hazard created from the downward motion of the clamp arms and the top of the metal gate.     c) On or about July 13, 2016 employees operating the Taylor clamp carrier were exposed to a pinch point hazard created by the closure of the metal gate against the cylinder on the side nearest the foot pedal controls.
