29 CFR 1910.94(c)(7)(iii)(b): The rating of filters shall be governed by test data supplied by the manufacturer of the filter. A pressure gage shall be installed to show the pressure drop across the filters. This gage shall be marked to show the pressure drop at which the filters require cleaning or replacement. Filters shall be replaced or cleaned whenever the pressure drop across them becomes excessive or whenever the air flow through the face of the booth falls below that specified in Table G-10.  (a) Spray Paint Booth: On or about July 13, 2016 and at times prior thereto the employer exposed employees to fire and explosion hazards by failing to install a pressure gauge that will show pressure drop across filters to ensure filters are replaced or cleaned to ensure airflow through the booth.
