29 CFR 1910.303(g)(1): Sufficient access and working space was not provided and maintained about all electric equipment (operating at 600 volts, nominal, or less to ground) to permit ready and safe operation and maintenance of such equipment: A. On or about March 20, 2017, Tumbling Area: The work space in front of a 208V/120V electrical panel, identified as CG2, was blocked by the control panel for vibratory bowls used in the area. The control panel, Asset Tag A000726, was located within 8 1/2 inches of the face of the electrical panel and blocked access. The panel controlled the SWECO 13, SWECO 14, SWECO 16 and SWECO 17 vibratory bowls used in the area.
