29 CFR 1926.100(a): Employees working in areas where there was a possible danger of head injury from impact, or falling or flying objects, or from electrical shock and burns, were not protected by protective helmets:  a.  At the jobsite, hard hats were not worn while employees were working from and around a two tiered scaffold. The employees were applying plaster to the exterior walls and they had buckets, hand tools, and equipment on the scaffolding, exposing employees to struck-by hazards, on or about 7/14/2016.
