29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling: a) On or about 7/7/16, in the Resident Agent in Charge office area, two (2) relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. b) On or about 7/7/16, in the Resident Agent in Charge office area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. c) On or about 7/7/16, in the server room #183 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. d) On or about 7/7/16, in the room #182 area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. e) On or about 7/7/16, in the file room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. f) On or about 7/7/16, in the workstation #2 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. g) On or about 7/7/16, in the workstation #4 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. h) On or about 4/12/16, in the ATF room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. i) On or about 4/12/16, in the ATF room area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle. j) On or about 4/12/16, in the HIDTA IT room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.
