29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2): Listed or labeled electrical equipment was not used or installed in accordance with instructions included in the listing or labeling:    a) On or about 7/7/16, in the Resident Agent in Charge office area, two (2) relocatable power taps were not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   b) On or about 7/7/16, in the Resident Agent in Charge office area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   c) On or about 7/7/16, in the server room #183 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   d) On or about 7/7/16, in the room #182 area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   e)  On or about 7/7/16, in the file room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   f) On or about 7/7/16, in the workstation #2 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   g) On or about 7/7/16, in the workstation #4 area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   h) On or about 4/12/16, in the ATF room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   i) On or about 4/12/16, in the ATF room area, an uninterruptible power supply was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   j) On or about 4/12/16, in the HIDTA IT room area, a relocatable power tap was not directly connected to a permanently installed branch circuit receptacle.   PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.   The U.S. Drug Enforcement Administration was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.303(b)(2), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 1096202, citation number 1, item number 1, and was affirmed as a final order on 01/12/2016, with respect to a workplace located at 606 Tito Castro Avenue, Suite 301, Ponce, PR 00716.

29 CFR 1910.305(b)(2)(i): Pull boxes, junction boxes, and fittings were not provided with covers approved for the purpose:  a) On or about 7/7/16, in the server room #183 area, an electrical outlet box was not covered or closed.  b) On or about 7/7/16, in the room #182 area, an electrical outlet box was not covered or closed.  c) On or about 7/7/16, between workstation #1 and #2 area, an electrical outlet box was not covered or closed.  d) On or about 7/7/16, in the room #147 area, an electrical outlet box was not covered or closed.  e) On or about 7/7/16, in the room #148 area, an electrical junction box was not covered or closed.  PLEASE NOTE: CERTIFICATION OF ABATEMENT IS REQUIRED FOR THIS VIOLATION.
