29 CFR 1926.1101(k)(2)(ii): The building and/or facility owner(s) did not notify prospective employers, tenants, employees of the owner, and all employers of employees who would  be performing work within adjacent areas of the presence, location, and quantity of asbestos containing material or presumed asbestos containing material, at the work sites in their buildings and facilities in writing, or a personal communication between the owner and the person to whom notification must be given or their authorized representatives:    a)  Worksite at 65 Pennington St., Newark, NJ.    The building owner did not notify tenants, employees and contractors of the presence and location of asbestos containing material prior to commencement of renovation which included disturbance of structural material in a building built in 1929.  Two pieces of pipe insulation containing 65 and 70 percent chrysotile asbestos were found with other demolition debris in the third floor community bathroom.    Violation occurred on or about 7/12/16.    The Salvation Army was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.1001(j)(3)(i), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 948338, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on 6/16/14, with respect to a workplace located at 900 Kennedy Blvd., Union City, NJ.
