29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees:    a) On or about July 14, 2016 on the lime conveyor motor adjacent to the outside railroad tracks, the employer did not protect employees from coming in contact with damaged electrical cables.  Employees were exposed to electrical hazards.    Frick Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard   29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992696, citation number 1, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 800 Sun Drive, Portage, IN 46368.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(iii): Electric equipment provided with ventilating openings was installed so that walls or other obstructions prevent the free circulation of air through the equipment:    a) On or about July 14, 2016 at the lime conveyor on the outside railroad tracks, the employees were exposed to a fire hazard due to the ventilation ducts on the lime conveyor motor being completed blocked by layered salts and chemicals.       Frick Services, Inc. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health Standard   29 CFR 1910.303(b)(8)(iii), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 992696, citation number 1, item number 4 and was affirmed as a final order on September 23, 2015 with respect to a workplace located at 800 Sun Drive, Portage, IN 46368.
