29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury: JOB SITE: 412 State Street, Union, MO 63084, on or about 7/13/2016, a worker was observed on top of the residential structure, actively installing new roof shingles operating a pneumatic nail gun without eye or face protection. The worker was wearing prescription glasses with lenses that were not rated under ANSI Z-87. The worker was exposed to struck-by hazard.
