29 CFR 1910.151(c): Where employees were exposed to injurious corrosive materials, suitable facilities for quick drenching or flushing of the eyes and body were not provided within the work area for immediate emergency use:  (a) Seibu Giken America, Incorporated - The employees do not have continuous access to the emergency eyewash because it was located in a single user bathroom, on or about July 14, 2016.  Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement.  The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
