29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-slope roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet or more above lower levels and 50-feet (15.25 m) wide or less, was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety nets: On or about June 30, 2016, at the job site employees were observed installing roofing materials on a roof more than 6 feet high without wearing personal fall arrest or having any other type of fall protection provided. Employees were exposed to fall hazards.
