29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer did not maintain copies of the required material safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical in the workplace: (Construction Reference: 1926.59)   CBRE, Inc.,  Atlanta, GA - The employer did not obtain and provide safety data sheets for employees of another employer adjacent to the construction areas.  Hazardous chemicals in the workplace  include, but are not limited to, construction dust and debris, paints, wallpaper glue, wallpaper sprays, adhesive glue, plumbing compounds, etc. Safety data sheets were not provided at the facility at the time of initial assignment or whenever a new hazard was introduced by the adjacent construction contractor. Employees adjacent to the construction were experiencing symptoms to include, but were not limited to headaches, sinus infections, throat irritation, burning eyes, and other respiratory problems while construction contractors were above and adjacent to employees, on or about May-July 2016.
