29 CFR 1926.1053(b)(4): Ladders were used for purposes other than the purpose for which they were designed: a. 425 Inman Avenue, Colonia, NJ - Heritage at Colonia Development - Building 8 Employees engaged in residential framing activities used an A-frame ladder in a manner not intended by the manufacturer. Employees used an 8 foot A-frame ladder in the closed position to while installing siding from the porch roof. Violation observed on or about July 1, 2016
