29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment were not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury from physical, chemical, or radiation agents: (a) Alderson Train Depot: On July 18, 2016 and times prior, employees did not use eye protection while applying Dumon Peel Away 7 used to remove paint from the exterior walls of the train depot. The Dumond Peel Away 7 is a Category 2, eye irritant and can cause serious eye damage.

29 CFR 1926.62(h)(1): All surfaces were not maintained as free as practicable of accumulations of lead: (a) Train Depot: On July 18, 2016, the handle and on/off switch of shop vac were not maintained as free as practical for accumulation of lead dust from a lead abatement project. Wipe samples showed the presence of lead on the shop vac at a level of 11.51 micrograms.

29 CFR 1910.1200(g)(8): The employer shall maintain in the workplace copies of the required safety data sheets for each hazardous chemical, and shall ensure that they are readily accessible during each work shift to employees when they are in their work area(s).
