29 CFR 1926.1101(d)(5): As supervisor of the entire project, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard:  a) Highland Hospital, W208A area - On or about 06/29/2016, the general contractor did not ascertain whether the asbestos contractor was in compliance with the asbestos standard, and did not require such contractor to come into compliance with this standard when the employer, Grayco Corp. of Upstate NY, performed Class II asbestos work disturbing mastic material containing 40% chrysotile asbestos.   NO ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
