29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2): Employees using tight-fitting facepiece respirators were not fit tested prior to initial use of the respirator, whenever a different respirator facepiece (size, style, model or make) is used, and at least annually thereafter: a) Facility located at 64 Glenwood Place, East Orange, NJ The employer did not ensure that employees wearing respirators such as, but not limited to, North full face respirators with P100 cartridges, received a fit test annually. The employees wore the respirators while conducting concrete mixer cleaning operations. Violation noted on or about 09/28/2016. County Concrete Corp. was previously cited for a violation of this Occupational Safety and Health standard or its equivalent standard 29 CFR 1910.134(f)(2) which was contained in OSHA inspection number 899238, Citation Number 1, Item Number 7 and was affirmed as a final order on 07/23/15 with respect to the workplace located at 64 Glenwood Place, East Orange, NJ.
