OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): OSH ACT of 1970 Section (5)(a)(1): The employer did not furnish employment and a place of employment which were free from recognized hazards that were causing or likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees in that employees were exposed to a fall in excess of four feet from the bucket of a loader backhoe: a) Bear Service Station, Benton, PA: An employee standing in the bucket of a Case 580 loader backhoe while painting the canopy over fuel pumps was exposed to a fall of approximately 10 feet, on or about July 19, 2016. ABATEMENT CERTIFICATION REQUIRED
