The training shall include the following topics, as applicable: a. 29 CFR 1926.761(b): Fall hazard training. The employer shall train each employee exposed to a fall hazard in accordance with the requirements of this section. The employer shall institute a training program and ensure employee participation in the program. a. On the site where employees were performing tasks such as, but not limited to connecting steel beams, attaching bridging and bracing, the employer did not provide fall hazard training to inform employees of the hazards associated with working at heights exceeding 15 feet during steel erection thereby exposing employees to a fall hazard.
