This was most recently documented on or about February 25, 2016 at Magna Seating dba Excelsior Springs Seating System located at 301 South McCleary Road, Excelsior Springs, Missouri. The employer failed to report an in-patient hospitalization of one or more employee as a result of a work related incident when an employee was rushed to the emergency room with a broken foot.
