29 CFR 1910.1026(f)(1)(ii): Painting of aircraft or large aircraft parts was performed; however, the employer did not use feasible engineering and work practice controls to reduce and maintain employee exposures to chromium (VI) to or below 25 micrograms per cubic meter of air: (a) In the bond primer spray booth, on or about November 17, 2016 and at times prior to, the employer did not implement feasible engineering controls or work practices to reduce and maintain employee chromium (VI) exposure to or below 25 micrograms per cubic meter of air for an employee that was exposed to a time-weighted average of 78 micrograms per cubic meter of air exposing the employee to a chemical hazard.
