29 CFR 1926.501(b)(11): Each employee on a steep roof with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems with toeboards, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: On or about July 21, 2016, and at times prior thereto, employees were exposed to a fall hazard of greater than 6 feet or more to the ground, while putting shingles on the roof of commercial construction without utilizing a fall protection system.
