29 CFR 1910.36(g)(2): Exit access(es) were not at least 28 inches (71.1 cm) wide at all points: BREAD STORAGE AREA; On or about July 21, 2016 the employer did not ensure that the path to the exit area was at least 28 inches wide. In the event of an emergency this condition exposed employees to fire hazards and other hazards associated with an obstructed escape path.

29 CFR 1910.303(b)(1): Electrical equipment was not free from recognized hazards that were likely to cause death or serious physical harm to employees, in that the employer did not ensure the safety of the equipment pursuant to the considerations in sections (i) through (viii) of 29 CR 1910.303(b)(1): On or about July 21, 2016 the employer did not ensure that roof leaks were repaired to prevent electrical equipment and/or wiring installed above and below the ceiling from getting wet, this could result in the equipment becoming energized and a potential electrical hazard. This condition exposed employee's to hazards associated with electrical shock.
