29 CFR 1926.403(b)(2): Listed, labeled, or certified equipment was not installed and used in accordance with instructions included in the listing, labeling, or certification:    a) On or about July 14, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, an employee conducting tasks and responsibilities was exposed to electrical hazards were exposed to electrical hazards while square electrical boxes were sitting on the floor, not mounted to a wall and used to provide power to the temporary lighting of the site.    b)   On or about July 14, 2016, at the above addressed jobsite, contractors conducting tasks and responsibilities per their work orders and contracts were exposed to electrical hazards while using square electrical boxes that are sitting on the floor and not mounted to a wall.
