29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee(s) engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above lower levels were not protected by guardrail systems, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system: a) 401 Eden St., Lancaster, PA (Construction Site) - Employee(s) were observed performing roofing work activity on a 4 in 12 pitch residential roof without the benefit of a fall protection system, thereby exposing employees to a fall of approximately 20 feet to the ground below, on or about July 22, 2016. No abatement certification or documentation required.
