29 CFR 1910.212(a)(1): One or more methods of machine guarding was not provided to protect the operator and other employees in the machine area from hazards such as those created by point of operation, ingoing nip points, rotating parts, flying chips and sparks: a) Facility, 13985 South Eagle Valley Road, Tyrone, PA: On or about July 17, 2016, an employee was exposed and injured while cleaning the Nordmeccanica S.p.A Super Simplex SL Laminating machine, model number L 1500 because there was not a guard to prevent contact with the ingoing nip points of the rollers.
