29 CFR 1926.501(b)(1): Each employee on a walking/working surface with an unprotected side or edge which was 6 feet (1.8 m) or more above a lower level was not protected from falling by the use of guardrail systems, safety net systems, or personal fall arrest systems: Jobsite rooftop: On, or about, 07/08/2016 employees were performing construction activities on the parapet walls and working in in close proximity to the open edge of the roof whereby they were not protected by a guardrail system, net system, or personal fall protection exposing the employees to a fall of approximately 30 feet.
