29 CFR 1904.39(a)(2): The employer failed to report the in-patient hospitalization of one or more employees or an employee's amputation or an employee's loss of an eye, as a result of a work-related incident, within (24) twenty-four hours: a) For Paramount pools jobsite at 7949 Royal Birkdale Circle, Sarasota, FL, an employee was hospitalized due to heat stress symptoms on 07/20/2016. The employer was notified of the hospitalization on 07/20/2016 and did not report the hospitalization to OSHA until 07/25/2016.
