29 CFR 1926.501(b)(10): Each employee engaged in roofing activities on low-sloped roofs with unprotected sides and edges 6 feet (1.8m) or more above lower levels was not protected from falling by guardrail systems, safety net systems, personal fall arrest systems, or a combination of warning line systems and guardrail systems, warning line systems and safety net systems, or warning line systems and personal fall arrest systems, or warning line systems and safety monitoring systems: a) 26 Port Imperial, West New York, NJ Employees were exposed to 40-foot falls to the ground below as they were not using an appropriate method of fall protection while working on the low sloped commercial building's roof. Violation was observed on or about 07/22/2016.
