29 CFR 1926.102(a)(1): Eye and face protective equipment was not used when machines or operations presented potential eye or face injury:    a) 590 Springvale Road, Red Lion PA - An employee was observed operating a 15 AMP 7-1/4 inch heavy duty Porter Cable circular saw, Model PC15TCS, to make cuts on plywood sheathing and was not provided eye protection while exposed to potential struck-by injuries from flying wood chips and debris, on or about July 22, 2016.    b) 590 Springvale Road, Red Lion PA - An employee was observed operating a Bostitch pneumatic nail gun to attach plywood to a roof and was not provided eye protection while exposed to potential struck-by injuries from ricochet nails, on or about July 22, 2016.    Abatement certification required within 10 days after abatement date. The certification shall include a statement that abatement is complete, date and method of abatement, and states employees and their representatives were informed of this abatement.
