29 CFR 1926.501(b)(4)(i): Each employee on walking/ working surfaces was not protected from falling through holes more than 6 feet above lower levels, by personal fall arrest system, covers, or guard rails erected around such holes:  a) 1216 N 5th Street, Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not protect workers from falling into holes on walking/working surface by use of a fall protection system thus exposing the employees to a fall hazard of approximately 8 feet. This condition was observed on or about July 21, 2016.

This condition was observed on or about July 21, 2016.

29 CFR 1926.501(b)(13): Each employee engaged in residential construction activities 6 feet or more above lower levels was not protected by a guardrail system, safety net system, or personal fall arrest system, or an alternative fall protection measure:  a) 1216 N 5th Street Philadelphia, PA - The employer did not provide a fall protection system for the employees working from the balcony thus exposing the employees to fall hazards of approximately 10 feet. This condition was observed on or about July 21, 2016.   The Ronny Camargo was previously cited for a violation of this occupational safety and health standard or its equivalent standard CFR 29 1926.501(b)(13), which was contained in OSHA inspection number 954697, citation number 2, item number 1 and was affirmed as a final order on April 28, 2014, with respect to a workplace located at 1730 Folsom St, Philadelphia, PA.
